Triglycerides are a type of fat ( Part of Lipids) found in Blood. After a meal as constituents are digested and absorbed, body converts any extra calories it doesn't need to use right away into triglycerides and stored as fat in body. In between triglycerides is converted into energy. Very high amount of Triglycerides is considered as bad for Heart health.
