With the aim to provide the modern, updated and latest methods in Medical laboratory diagnostics, Pinnacle Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (Pinnacle Diagnostics) was established in January 2016 in the heart of the Biswanath Chariali town of North Bank in Assam in erstwhile Sonitpur and now Biswanath District. Healthcare infrastructure as a whole and Diagnostic services were left much desired to be improved that time. We risked introducing Hormone and immunochemistry with mainstream fully automated fluoroassay analyzer for the first time in the entire belt, courtesy TOSOH AIA-360   the much renowned brand from Japan. We paired it along with a 3 part cell counter from Nihon Kohden another highly reputed Japanese brand known for high accuracy and reliability. It took us only few months to introduce dedicated Coagulometer analyzer for Blood coagulation tests like PT-INR, Dedicated ISE based electrolyte analyzer and Nephelometry based specific protein analyzer all for the first time in this part of our state. Upgraded our software in about a year and half to cloud based SAS software offering SMS and e-mail notification, online payment options, online viewing and downloading of reports, Patient Mobile application for data management, first such kind of a service for the entire region.
